Electrical Portable Appliance testing

Electrical testing of portable equipment will involve the following:

(i) Earth bond continuity tests

(ii) Insulation resistance testing

(iii) Functional checks

Can be carried out on all electrical appliances that are let with the property. In addition a mainly visual check of electrical accessories and switch gear is also carried out.

A written report is provided highlighting any concerns that may arise.
