Since April 1st 2005 all newly installed gas boilers should be of the condensing type.  In addition there are minimum standards with regard to updating central heating systems in order to comply with part L of the building regulations.  This may mean additional heating controls, for example TRV’s or room thermostats may be necessary in order for your heating system to conform fully.

Fully registered & insured to install the following types of gas appliance:

Gas fires.

Warm air heaters.

Instantaneous water heaters.

Cooking appliances.

Alterations, extensions & replacement gas pipe work.

All types of central heating boiler including  heat only & combination boilers.

After installation thorough checks  are made to ensure that everything is safe from the meter to your appliances.

Corgi will be notified & you will receive a certificate from the local authority confirming that the building regulations have been complied with.

Types of boiler: regular boiler, combination, CPSU, condensing.
